On Monday at Mazelit’s Corner, we presented the case of a dental professor who has made hundreds of posts since October 7th wishing for “dead Zionists.” In response to concerns by Jewish patients, that doctor has responded with two words: “Free Palestine.”
Dr. Ahmed Rasmi Mataria is a dentist in Los Angeles County, California. He also owns his own businesses: Mataria Dental Group, and treats patients nationwide through ZocDoc.
Dr. Mataria also teaches aspiring dentists at his ‘school’ — the 6x6 Implant Center — headquartered in Oak Lawn, Illinois. The 41-year-old man has described himself as “Palestinian” but no further information is available about his background.
After our Monday report, some Jews some wrote reviews of concern on his Google Review pages. While not all Zionists are Jews, and vise versa, Dr. Mataria seems not to care about the distinction.
One reviewer wrote:
“Dr. Mataria personally made a statement expressing a desire to kill all Jews. This is not something I heard through someone else or a rumor—it was publicly posted and attributed directly to him,” wrote one worried Jew by the name of Kat.
That person mentioned nothing about Zionists in their review, just Jews, yet Mataria continued with his violent rhetoric commenting in response “Free Palestine.” Since our most recent article, Dr. Mataria has wished “death” on Jews no less than 33 times.
“A healthcare professional publicly expressing hatred and a desire for violence against an entire group of people is deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable. I cannot understand how someone entrusted with the care of patients could openly promote this kind of hatred,” the reviewer said.
“Patients have a right to know who they are trusting with their care. I would never feel comfortable receiving treatment from someone who publicly makes statements like this, and I strongly urge others to look at his public statements and make their own informed decision,” they added.
In response to other reviews, Mataria dismissed them, simply commenting “Free Palestine.”
Liora Rez — the founder of StopAntisemitism, one of the top 501c3s in America fighting antisemitism — told Mazelit’s Corner in an interview that Dr. Mataria should get out of healthcare.
“Anyone who repeatedly calls for the death of Zionists has no business treating patients or training future healthcare professionals. His dental license should be investigated, his teaching positions terminated, and patients made aware of his disturbing rhetoric,” she said.
“Calls for violence are incompatible with the trust placed in healthcare professionals,” added Rez.
The watchdog group — Physicians Against Antisemitism — (PAA) also recently chimed in.
“If he has any Jewish or Zionist patients left, he is basically wishing death upon them.”
“Wishing death upon those who believe in the Jewish people’s right to defend themselves in their indigenous homeland should be grounds for license revocation as possible investigation by law enforcement,” said the PAA.
The California Dental Board — which regulates licenses to dental professionals — did not respond to a request for comment from Mazelit’s Corner, but can be contacted on their website, or at (916) 263-2300.
Previously, Mataria notably praised the Bondi Beach Massacre and the death of an Australian Chabad rabbi, Eli Schlanger.

The Bondi Beach Massacre happened over Hanukkah in December of 2025. At least 15 people died, with 40 others being wounded. The perpetrator, Naveed Akram, is facing 15 counts of murder as he awaits trial in a maximum security jail in Australia.
ZocDoc did not respond to a request for comment. Given how many days our inquiries have gone unanswered, it seems they are siding with the same hatred and vitriol that Dr. Mataria spouts.

Seriously, when any health professional demonstrates abnormal behavior, which could indicate a mental disorder (no, I don’t label most Jew-hatred as a mental disorder, but some may be related), they should be referred to their state’s impaired professional program, which may require them to undergo, at their own expense, a forensic psychiatric and psychological evaluation. If a treatable disorder is found, they may be required to undergo treatment and monitoring, at their own expense, and may or may not be permitted to continue practicing during this process. On the other hand, if no treatable disorder is found, they would be referred to their licensing board for disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure. Other approaches would be filing a complaint with their state’s professional association’s ethics committee, but they may or not belong to it, and notifying their liability insurance carrier.
Look at him. He looks like a little ninny—the kind of guy who never had a date, never played a sport and would be right at home wearing a Hamas headband and spraying bullets at unarmed young people dancing at a music festival.
California has good people who live there. I hope this guy gets the blowback he deserves. No clients, no one wanting to work for him and the boot from the state dental licensing authority.
